About 50% our customers want full design control and as a result do their own design with our software.  

The other 50% of our customers take advantage of our free design service.

We require customers to follow a specific workflow in order to take advantage of free design, which is:

​

1. Take photos of your tools on an OSAAP light panel with an approved Camera.

2. Collate the photos by drawer

3. Upload the photos for each drawer into our web portal: see training here

4. Add a help photo showing us how you would like the tools laid out in the drawer

We will then do our best to match the layout shown in your help photo and send you an approval drawing for you to check and confirm before manufacturing.
